Absolutely useless!! Mine has been like this since Thursday last week, and still not sorted! Now it's affecting calls too where I can't even hear the person on the other end but they can hear me, I just get silence! Not the first time this has happened since I've been with Sky, and can safely guarantee it won't be the last! I've already cancelled my Sky tv contract recently and now it seems I'll be cancelling my sim contract too! I have received no communication through any platform about the issue, I've had to search myself and stumbled across this thread....useless customer service, useless network, useless company! I can see why their numbers are plummeting now

@KevNewMedia mine worked for a few hours last night and early this morning but seems to have stopped again. Very worrying when a vulnerable person is relying on me and who only uses texts
