Terrible signal terrible service.

I have had the misfortune of signing up to a 2 year plan from sky and am currently approx 6 months into my sentence.

Since getting my phone galaxy 23 ive had terrible signal thats got increasingly bad, Updates that make the phone worse and skys "have you tried blowing on the sim card" advice was a no go.

So today ive attempted to install an esim following the steps on sky mobile, and ive now lost all signal, when i try to call anyone i get the error (not registered on the network) and my phone now no longer recognises the current physical sim rather than the esim.

Im going to try call sky in the morning on my landline, but was pointed in the direction of the forums.

Any ideas, thanks in advance....a very unhappy.... fed up sky customer.

Re: Terrible signal terrible service.

Problem solved - Got a new contract with EE and opted to cancel sky, havent once provided the service i was offered at the start so easier to go elsewhere.
