Technical difficulty when trying to upgrade

I am trying to upgrade my iPad Air 4 due to it being out of contract. Whenever I try to do this online there is a technical difficulty.

Hi @AmyLolaPoppy  if your device is paid for and out of contract you don't upgrade you buy a new device. If you are still having trouble purchasing a new device then try a different browser/device and if you still can't place the order you will need to call sky for help placing the order.
