My son is looking to switch over to Sky Mobile from Tesco. Filled everything in but he made a mistake on his bank details (I was going to pay it but then it said he can use his bank details), it stopped working and thenit sent us to the screen that says

It's been like that since tea time. is there a number I can call? I don't have sky mobile just Sky Q and multi room so can't use the sky mobile short number.
Any help would be appreciated
