I paid my bill this month already and it's saying it due again

Hi @Maleaka  if you have a direct debit set up then there is no need to make a manual payment as sky will still take the direct debit. It will appear as credit on your account and be used against your next bill, alternatively once it shows as a credit if you come back here we can help get it refunded.
