I have been trying to upgrade my mobile now I'm on the last month with Sky and I keep getting a 'technical error it's not you, it's us'. I've tried on phone, tablet and desktop PC and all is the same error message.
Is anyone else encountering this? I've tried to call up and keep getting placed on hold then cut off and I am at my wits end with it as I work long hours and don't have time to sit in queues to Sky.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThis error has been reported before and I'm afraid the only way around it is to place your order by phone. Quieter times are after 9pm or when the phone lines open at 7am.
