Technical Error when adding to basket

Has anyone figured a way to fix it as I've had this for months and can't do anything on my sky app, thanks

Make sure your details are filled out here including your surname:

I had to go through the sky chat and they done it for me had to answer so many questions and wait hours don't get me wrong the lady was lovely but what a joke having to do all that just to order something on my own account...

And here we are TWO years later and it's STILL happening... I take it no one from sky reads these posts lol you couldn't make it up.
