Take old

How can I get sky to remove my old devices which are now out of contract and I don't either have them and or don't pay for them because they are out of contract now? It's just saying that on my account I've got eight devices which I have had over the years, but it won't let me upgrade because it's saying that I've reached the maximum device numbers? 

can anyone help? the last twice I have called the person on the phone did not understand a word I was saying in terms of what the issue was and so I gave up.

Hi @carolineham  you can't get them removed, they are only removed if swapped/returned to sky. They shouldn't stop you upgrading unless you are at the maximum number of contracts (5). If you can't upgrade then you need to call sky and ask them to help with the upgrade.
