Tablet accessory didn't arrive

Hi guys,

 

I ordered the new Samsung s10+ tablet and it's supposed to include the free tablet AI keyboard as part of the delivery, NOT through samsung claim. The tablet has arrived but the keyboard accessory hasn't.

 

I can't seem to contact a human being through phone and the virtual assistant just keeps looping over and over giving me a track your order link. The order arrived and I have the tablet and sim card, but no free keyboard. It clearly states on the S10+ page that the keyboard cover will come with your device and isn't a separate claim through samsung.

 

if anyone could help I would appreciate it massively because I feel like I can't contact or get any help about this and have lost out on the free keyboard. Thank you everyone.

Although it does state this as you have discovered it will come separately so you need to keep an eye on your account for updates as it should appear here:

Hi, I've gone through the same with Sky. I bought mine on the 13th Nov 24 to this date I still havent received mine. I called Sky last week and spoke to a representative.  Whom stated they were out of stock and awaiting a new batch. To which I queried when this will be. He stated a week to 2 weeks. This was last week. So I'm giving them the chance to redeem themselves. I bought the tablet due to the accessory making it easier to use for written/typed work due to my business which uses lots of forms etc. If I knew it would have taken this long I would have gone elsewhere. 

 

Once the two weeks is up I will be calling them back. I will let you know the outcome.

As you can see the order for it is in progress so just keep checking the order status as it should update when it is on it's way to you.
