TRANSFER MY PHONE NUMBER

Im am a new customer to sky mobile,I have activated my sim card got the puc code to transfer my old number from my previous provider i do everything as ask for but keep getting the message sorry theres been a problem,, we cant transfer your number at the moment Ihope you can help thanks..

Hi @heath22  if it's not letting you do it online then call sky on 150 for help.
