I have ordered TP-Link M7000 4G LTE Mobile Wi-Fi Dongle, Black do I need a sim to use it

@Pogmore27  This isn't a Sky issue as Sky don't sell or support the devices, what did the product details say?  Surely checking what it does or doesn't need is the 1st thing to check?

 

Presumably to work it needs a SIM.

Hi @Pogmore27  a Quick Look on the TP link website shows that the device requires a sim. (Picture will show after moderation).
