TALKING TO A HUMAN

I need help. I spoke with someone on the 12th May about returning a broken phone. They said they would send a pre-paid package out and they still haven't. The phone is broken and I need a new phone now. This is actually ridiculous.

How old is it and what's broken?  Returns can take many weeks to process.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
