Hi I am trying to process the mobile leaving service. Got sent verification code but an error keeps coming up

When?  I presume you're trying to give a PAC to a different provider?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

I have changed provider and need my number transferred over. 
I received a message from sky giving my one time authentication code. I need to use this code to authorize the transfer request.

When the code was entered an error came up and when I requested a new code the same error comes up saying there is technical difficulties.

Hi @MeganWalsh  you need a PAC from sky not a one time authentication code.
