Swop

I upgraded my phone from a s21 to s23 and sent the old one back on the 14th Feb I got an email saying that sky has not got it now am paying for 2 phones

We are led to believe returns are taking at least 2 weeks to be processed, checked for damage and confirmation of valuation.
