Switching number

I switched my number from EE to sky. All the features are working, SIM card activated and phone working. However when I call or text anyone it doesn't come up with my original number just the new sky number I don't want.

Hi @SarahBond  can you confirm you received a PAC from EE and gave it to sky ? When did you do this ?

Yes I gave the PAC code from EE when I signed up to sky. Got a message on Thursday last week from Sky saying my number was my old number that I was expecting. But when I call anyone it comes up as the number sky issued initially!

If this is an iPhone @SarahBond  try going to settings, general, transfer or reset iPhone, reset, reset network settings (you will need to set up your WiFi connection again).
