Good evening, 

 

I have swapped my old iPhone 14 for the iPhone 17, I sent my old phone ages ago and I am currently still being charged for both mobile phones. 

please can you advise on this ?

Phones returned as part of a swap are taking a number of weeks to be processed, checked for damage and the valuation confirmed.
