Hi, I'm looking to join sky mobile as a new customer from Vodafone. I've a PAC number. Do I get the mobile phone I'm after from sky first then give the PAC number to sky once I've received it?

You can order a phone from Sky whenever you want but before giving that pac code to Sky you need to order a Sky sim which you can do by ordering a data package, so this is what to do:

Buy the Sky sim

Activate it but do not put it in your phone.

Get pac code from your current supplier

Give Pac code to Sky

When your current sim stops working insert your Sky sim in the phone.
