Switched mobile phone and still have 2 accounts
Using new phone with old sim but seems I still have 2 accounts. Saying data has run out but that is the old one not this one where I should have 256 GB.
How do I stop one so this one is set?

If you have two sims then give Sky a call to cancel one of them. If you were sent a new sim with this phone and activated it then you will be paying for both of them so make sure they cancel the correct one. 150 is the number to call them on and stay silent if asked any questions by the bot.
