Swapping

I have a contact with sky. I pay for my phone monthly and a sim deal. Am I able to cancel the sim to a new provider due to service issues in my area and still keep my phone contract?

If you've had the SIM for 12 months then you can just cancel, no reasons needed.

If it's less than 12 months then you'd need to convince Sky to release you without early termination charges.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

@Kerry8954

You can cancel the sim if you have been paying for it for 12 months or more, if this is the case call Sky on 150 to do this. Once it has been cancelled the number will be lost for good so the alternative it to get a pac code from Sky to move the number to a different network.
