I have an iPhone 12 that's at then end of its contract, which I want to keep and then also upgrade to iPhone 16 pro. But, can I trade a different phone which is not with sky instead as I want to keep the iPhone 12 but not the other phone? The other phone is an iPhone XR.

Hi @NEETA+MALHOTRA if the old phone isn't under contract with sky then it can't be used as part of a swap/upgrade. If your current phone is at the end of the contract you also can't upgrade you simply order a new device. Sky have a trade in service which you could use for iPhone XR.
