Swapped sim plan provider

Hi I've just swapped my sim provider and I'm wondering as payment for my sky sim plan is due on the 1st will I be charged for my sim although I have swapped provider and how do I cancel my plan?

Hi @Jsimmo  there is a good chance sky will take payment as it's very close to your billing date. If you have used a PAC to transfer your number to a new network then when your number transfers then that automatically closes your account. If you haven't kept the number you need to call sky on 150 to cancel your current sim. Any overpayment by you will be refunded if your payment method is left in place.
