Hi I swapped my phone and upgraded and sent the old 1 back but they they not giving me what the phone has been valued at to reduce what is owing on the old contract but no one can tell me why I just have seen my future bill the phone sent back was in perfect condition no one has been in touch with me I've told them to send my old phone back and I will return my swap how can they do this I've asked what is wrong with my old phone no one can tell me

When you return a phone they carry out an inspection of it to give it a final value so they should have contacted you about this because should they have done this you do get the option to reject it and as you have now done, have the device returned to you.
