Swap

I'm at the end of contract of my 36month contract and I was trying to swap but it says " i'm not eligible for a swap" . When i chatted with the helpline , they said i need a active sim connection.


Do i need a active sim connection inorder to be eligible for swap?

I wouldn't have thought so as a sim contract is separate from a mobile device one. 

 

The only issue is might be is that you are to close to the end of your 36 month contract so if this is the case your only option would be to just order a new device yourself and sell your current phone yourself if you no longer want it.
