Sky cancelled twice due to failing credit checks
I've recently switched to sky took out a package twice with them this included sky tv sky broadband and sky glass gen 2 tv . Both times I've had my subscription cancelled and installation dates. I've checked my credit rating on clear score and Experian and they both check out excellent credit scores . How can i explain to sky my score is good so I can proceed to get there best offer I've now had two £20 deposits. Any help will do so I can rectify this. I've been a virgin customer for 15 years and the switch to sky was a excellent deal. Very frustrated new customer.

Be aware that if you keep trying to order the device this could further impact your credit score. If you contact Sky they would be able to confirm that’s the reason your order was cancelled but not why you failed the credit check in the first place as they are not allowed to view your credit record.

There is no credit check for Sky Broadband so if your order has been cancelled then you will need to contact Sky about this. For Sky Glass there is such a check.
