Hi, I swapped my phone last week. My reminding balance was £168 but if I send my phone back this will apparently be covered however does anyone know if I can just ring them up and pay that instead of sending the phone? A family member has decided they want the phone

Yes, you will be able to do that.  (Actually, if the swap is cancelled the remaining balance can be paid monthly instead of in one go)

I want to keep the new phone I got with my swap but just pay the £168 that was left instead of sending the old phone back
