I received my new phone on the 27th of January and sent my old one back as a swap on Monday the 30th of January. I tracked this via Royal Mail which says it's been delivered. I have had updates to say they haven't received it and I'm not sure how to go about speaking to someone about this. Yesterday I received an item back in the post from sky of an old iPhone 12 that was not mine. I don't know what to do!
