Swap

I received my new phone on the 27th of January and sent my old one back as a swap on Monday the 30th of January. I tracked this via Royal Mail which says it's been delivered. I have had updates to say they haven't received it and I'm not sure how to go about speaking to someone about this. Yesterday I received an item back in the post from sky of an old iPhone 12 that was not mine. I don't know what to do!

I think you need to call Sky (dial 150 free from your Sky mobile) to query the return of an unknown device if nothing else.

As you have tracking give Sky a call on the free 150 number as they might be able to update it's status for you. Also let them know about this iphone that you received.
