Up until yesterday on the app it said I could swap my phone but as a payment wasn't taken out of my bank, it's now saying I'm not eligible, I've paid the bill, it was a mix up with the bank due to me changing accounts. Now the bill has been paid, how long do I have to wait to be able to swap? Thank you.
