Swap/upgrading issues

This may be a simple answer but I would like to swap my Ipad to a newer version with cellular. I have three months left on the contract and when I go through the swap/upgrade options it freezes and very rarley gets me past the product page. On the odd occasion it has got me through and onto the credit agreement it says nothing about handing back my old device and just looks as though I am tking out another contract for a new device. 

Before I select submit order has anyone else had this happen and will there be another page / option down the line to arrange handing in my older device for the money off?

I would give Sky a call to see if they can help you with this. 150 is the number to use from a phone that has a Sky sim in it.

Thanks for the reply. Going through the website rather than the app has been the only way to get through the process, but I would like to swap for another table and once I select the tablet tab on the upgrade page all references to swap or upgrade disappears and just looks like I am setting up a new contract for a new tablet rathern than a swap. I have followed this process all the way bar the final '' submit order'' button and there's still no options for the trade in or any questions for the trade in. Do I need to submit the order before these options become available?
