Swap upgrade issue

Hope someone can help! I recently did a swap upgrade and I'm well within my 14 day period to return but how do I process sending back my new device because I don't like it? Can I send it back in the package it came in? How long will it take before I can swap to the other device I want

Hi @Al108 you need to call sky to arrange a return. Yes you can use the package that it came in but you need a label from sky with correct address and code (your details). If you apply for another device you will be credit checked again. It takes about 2-4 weeks for returns to be processed.
