Itemised usage

I didn't use sim and insurance sky company ask for itemised usage data then they review the claim how and in my bill section no data usage how I solve this problem

If this is for a lost or stolen device...

As per Skys website ~

"The proof of usage is your email with the IMEl number on it which you got when you first took the device. That is what insurance companies need. So you need to ask for that, not proof of usage as in the bills."

 

So look for your credit agreement which will be in your message centre:

https://www.sky.com/mymessages 

 

It may also be a good idea to register any loss/theft on the Immobilise website https://www.immobilise.com

Just noticed a typo. It should read So you need to look for that not ask for that.

If the terms of the condition require usage and you didn't use it then you may not have a valid claim.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
