If this is for a lost or stolen device...
As per Skys website ~
"The proof of usage is your email with the IMEl number on it which you got when you first took the device. That is what insurance companies need. So you need to ask for that, not proof of usage as in the bills."
So look for your credit agreement which will be in your message centre:

It may also be a good idea to register any loss/theft on the Immobilise website https://www.immobilise.com

If the terms of the condition require usage and you didn't use it then you may not have a valid claim.
