Swap payment

Hi guys

has anyone else waited more than 6 weeks for the payment to be processed on their swap?

I've been waiting more than 6 weeks for my payment and still haven't received any payment.

If you call Sky on 150 they might be able to look into this for you.

I call sky evey week and they it will be in my account in 5 working days, on werk 7 now still no payment
