I ordered a new phone for my mum as I pay her account.
Did this via Sky swap. The phone arrived last week but I've not been able to swap her phone for her as she's ill with Covid.
The swap will expire shortly so I've decided I'll pay off her contract rather than send the phone back.
When I log into my account (browser as the phone isn't showing in the app) to make a payment it kicks me out and says it can't do that right now.
Can anyone advise how I'm able to make a payment as I want to pay off ASAP.

Find out moreYou would need to call Sky to ask them to cancel the swap (as they will be expecting you to send it back) and also ask them to take the payment from you to pay it off. 150 is the free number to call them on so when you do then do not say anything when asked any questions by the bot.
