Swap mobile phones

Hello I've got Three phones ready to swap to new one phoned sky mobile team they now saying i can only swap one phone wait two to three days? Then swap the next ? Why is this as I've been with sky for over 17 years now never have I need to do this? Plus it was easier to swap phones at the same this no problem, there's no T&Cs saying that I can't and wasn't very helpful when I asked why as they was just reading it of there computer? So is this right sky?

Try calling again and getting a different advisor...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Yeah i am tomorrow ill go to the cancalling team they seem to know what they talking about
