Swap issues

Why is it every time I do a swap it never goes smoothly then you phone and get told it will get sorted and they will phone and guess what, they never phone and it never gets sorted until 3-5 mo tha down the line. Sky may have 24 hour phone lines but they don't help one bit worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Makes me want to cancel tv mobile etc and go back to vodaphone and virgin
