New SIM card please
I have been having a lot of problems with no signal. I have tried all the troubleshooting with no success so I would like to be sent a new SIM please

@KelMs No one can or even will send a new sim, non one knows who you are or where you live.
You will need to call Sky.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

We're other customers here and cannot send you one....
You have to contact Sky.
I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
