Swap device

Hi, I have got a new mobile device via swap. I need to send the old device back within 14 days but the problem I have is that the new device is a Christmas gift so I can't send the old device back within that period. Can I extend it until the new year please?

14 days will be the New Year. I suspect you'll keep getting reminders but don't forget the receiving warehouses will probably be shut over and Christmas and New Year anyway. 

Just make sure you get proof of posting and keep it indefinitely.
