Does anyone know what the average time is for Sky to assess the phone that is being returned as part of a swap deal?
I activated my new phone on the 6th November and my latest bill shows the first payment would come out for that phone on the 8th November. It also includes a payment for the old phone I am returning. So I've been charged twice.
I have returned my old phone, Sky received it on the 14th November
I had hoped it would be a fairly quick process to check over the phone (mine was in perfect condition, no scrathes and fully functional). The pendining bill payment for December also shows a double payment coming out so I'm hoping Sky will assess my old phone quickly.
When the phone is checked over will I get a part refund for November relating to the phone that was returned?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @PinkMink it normally takes 2-3 weeks after receiving it for the return to be processed. Any overpayment will be credited back to your account.
