Hi my son lost his phone Bailey is the name on the sim account I need a new sim card replaced (Removed)

Hi @Danniilouise this is a public forum not sky CS. Sky won't send a sim and you may want to remove any personal information from your post. Login to his account and go to the sim on the mobile page and you should get the option to order a replacement.
