My sim card contract expired but mobile 36 they offered me a new iPhone 16 less amount to pay send my mobile bk and that cover the last 12 months. My son says no keep yr mobile 36 mths then you can upgrade and keep yr mobile. I'm not fussed dealing but do not want to pay two co yrs ts my iPhone 14 is immaculate no cracks splits been in wallet cover since I got my iPhone 14.  Pls advise as have to sign contract by the 20th and don't want to be caught out as people say it's a scam saying phone not in good condition although u get a 30day change yr mind pls help and advise pls also wat happens with sim out contact jillyd1012

Hi @Jillyd1012  i am not sure of your question but are you asking if the phone is yours after 36 months then yes it is and there is nothing more to pay. You can then order a new phone with the new payments and only the one monthly payment would be due.

If you have a 36 month movie contract then you are on swap24, after 24 months you can upgrade if you want but you don't have to if you dont want and if you do not upgrade you might find that your monthly charge for your phone is slightly reduced.
