Can I ask I understand the gist of swap 24 but what if your phone isn't worth what's left on the contract at 24 months? The assumption is you would have to pay the shortfall off? I only say this as my current phone is one year old and bizarrely is only worth £34!!! So this swap stuff is only worth doing if you have a high value phone to start with like an iPhone or sam S range etc??

thanks guessing that was the case as i say great for high value handsets not so for the lower end

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI don't use the swap option myself @Lyleman222 as the valuations from sky (I find) tend to be lower than other places to sell your old phones. I then use that to pay off any balance I owe.
