Suspension

Dear Sky,

I missed my bill to pay for it but i did pay my outstanding bill yesterday and my service is still suspended.

I would need help to use again my internet,call and the all the service as soon as possible as i cannot use my phone and my other half neither.

Please unlock my suspension as soon as possible as i payd for my bills.

@Erik88 As well as paying you also need to setup a new payment method before restrictions are lifted so have done this? if yes you will just have to wait for the payment to clear

You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.


Sky won’t reinstate services until you’ve paid what they believe is owed regardless of any individual circumstances and you’ve set up a new continuous payment method.

If your payment is two or more weeks overdue you will have to pay the next bill as well. (If you’re in arrears for 56+ days Sky can fully terminate your subscription.)

Once your full payment has cleared and is in Sky’s account your services should be reinstated, but this may not be instant. Any payment you make over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday won’t be processed until sometime the following week.

You should be able to pay the bill and set up your direct debit via the MySky app or online using this link

You're not addressing Sky here - just other customers.

 

A call to 150 may work but, as above, it may take a day or two for your payment to clear before services are resumed.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
