Stuck

Hi there. I don't understand how this works. I've ordered a new sim plan for my original sim card to be upgraded, wanted to keep the same number, I don't know if the original payment will be added to the new plan

If you have upgraded your data on your curremt sim then is your new plan showing on your account ?

I suspect you've purchased a new data plan (which will have a new number and will mean you're paying for two).

 

If you want to change your monthly plan then you can do that once a month from the available rates (which won't be as good as the above additional SIMs).

 

You cannot (easily) transfer numbers between SIMs.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
