Stop use

Hi, I pay for my daughters phone. I would like to temporarily pause all use, as we are having trouble controlling unwanted use. Willing to still pay for contract but need to fault use Asap

That isn't something Sky will do. Another Superuser @63johnw has previously suggested doing an internet search for parental controls and then the type of her phone to see if anything is available to assist you.
