Stop messages about roaming charges

I have always had my spend cap set to £0 as I think sky's charges abroad are high. What is annoying me is the constant messaging by email and text saying you need to update the spend cap. I tried replying to an email, just used the useless chatbot and don't know how to stop this harassment to make me spend money. I can manage fine on the resorts WiFi and I feel bullied by sky. Any ideas how to make them stop

I would presueme you are receiving these messages because if you wanted to make a call, send a text or use mobile data then with a £0 price cap you wouldn't not be able to as it has to be set to at least £2 so perhaps it is worth doing this but as you have now, make sure mobile data and roaming it turned off.

Are you currently abroad?  If so, don't connect at all to the cellular network.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own

So there is no way to stop harassing my wife. It's her mobile but linked to my sky account

@AndrewButters Your wife isn't being harrassed, she is simply getting messages because her phone is connecting to the local netowrks, tell her to turn off roaming and they should stop.
