My phone was stolen in Barcelona and I've blocked it and reported it stolen. I’ve just received a new phone and I need a new sim, preferably an eSIM. The help on sky.com says to enter a code but that gets sent to my stolen phone. Any thoughts?
Have you contacted Sky about this as it might be that it is going to the phone that is on the account.
