I had my phone stolen and I'm now trying to claim on my insurance. I am on a Sim only deal and I bought the phone direct through apple. In order to claim on my insurance I have to have proof of blacklisting the phone. I have spoken to Sky and they say they can't do this because I didn't buy the phone through them. My insurance company say that Sky can still blacklist the device on the network and provide evidence of this and they have provided it for previous claims as it is not usual to have sim only deals.

However have you tried this site as they might be able to block it:
