Stolen AirPod case

So my airpod case has been stolen without the AirPods in them thankfully. My case hasn't actually been used properly for a few days so when I track them it still said they're at home. I can't seem to find anywhere within the sky mobile app where I can report this and try and get a replacement sorted.

@Hall0ws99 You would shave to call Sky to report it as stolen, however I don't think it's necessary as whoever has it cant do anything other than charge airpods with it, as for a replacement unfortunately Sky won't supply one, you would have to purchase one from Apple.

Unless you have insurance you also have to continue paying for lost items until the balance is cleared.

As noted, any 'replacement' needs to be purchased.
