Still waiting for google pixel 10 pro fold

I placed my order for the phone over 3 weeks ago when I placed the order it said 2-3 weeks due to stock. For the past 2 weeks on the site it states it is in stock but still my phone hasn't been dispatched I have spoken to sky several times, but I have got nowhere and all they keep saying is its been accepted so will be shipped for delivery soon, my argument is that if it's available for next day delivery on the site then surely mine would be dispatched for next day delivery also!

can anyone help with this?

As we’re customers here we have no insight into stock levels or any delivery timescales. Unfortunately the website is not necessarily as up to date as some would like.

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

Hi @Jamesey2  unfortunately not, it's not sky CS here, just fellow customers. As you have found the website isn't accurate for next day delivery statements, just because the website says they are there, quite often they aren't. Hopefully yours will be on its way soon.
