Still not delivered

I ordered a iPad on Wednesday 28th December. It said it was coming on the 29th and then was delayed, and then the 30th and then was delayed now it's the 31st and I just got a message saying it's not coming till Tuesday the 3rd. No updates no clear instructions on what happens next, why there is a delay with dpd when there are LOADS of dpd vans round my area.

As customers we have no insider knowledge regarding stock levels or delivery timescales. 

Once it’s on its way you should get two emails, one from Sky, and then one from DPD with details of your 1 hour delivery time slot. Be aware that DPD are also having serious issues with deliveries due to the Christmas rush and the impact of the Royal Mail strike action.

Apparently there are still major delays on Apple devices due to the Apple factory in China working at greatly reduced capacity because of further Covid lockdowns.
